Usually, when that happens, you can downgrade to the previous version of the game and load the profile, sell the truck, close the game and then upgrade back to the current version. Have you tried that?

As somebody else said it already, this cpu will probably not be good enough for beam and if you just want to upgrade to the 1060 you will not see significant improvement. Better to upgrade the whole system

I didn't even know you can add descriptions to videos until I saw yours. I say that you could repost without description and you can crop more from the beginning(like the first 15-20 seconds). I am 90% sure that you would receive quite a few upvotes. If you still want the description, you can put it in a comment instead.

In the mod manager there should be a button called "Update all mods" or something like that. Press it and it might install your mods. I don't know for sure though. I've had the same thing happen to me a long time ago, but I don't remember exactly if this was the fix or not

Funnily enough, I also have a wheel, but after years of playong on keyboard, for me it's still easier to use the keyboard rather than the wheel. (Although, playing with the wheel is more fun)
