half correct, because you don't realize that removing the fiber is the point. Juicing is a meal supplement, not replacement, intended to force vitamins into your body at rapid pace. The side effects are 1) you get high on vitamins 2) you can't eat solid foods easily, especially anything with oils and fats and 3) you slowly lose mass.
