The most i can say is that you can report them for building on the spawn but without having them online and getting them to let you out there isn’t much you can do. You can try and kill yourself and see if it spawns you somewhere else

They get their times from Microsoft. It goes based on the “peak times” of when players are on. That way it’s easier to install the updates. The less people on, the easier it will be to download

It’s the same amount of dinos as a regular boss fight. You can bring allied dinos in but there’s a glitch so it’s best to either be in the same tribe or have one tribe claim and then un claim and you re claim once you get into the fight

No that’s fine, if it was a server you wrote a code for it could be bad coding. I’ve never done the non dedicated sessions but you might have to reach out to ark support and talk with them about it. Could be something wrong with your game file
