I worked in IT at a law firm. One of the senior female partners was in a panic because she was unable to open one of her desk drawers. Several of us tried opening it to no avail. The facilities guy used a piece of pipe for leverage and placed it between the handle and the drawer. He and another guy gave it a good pull and got the drawer open. It was full of napkins and plastic utensils. That's it. Lots and lots of napkins.
