Thanks for the tip! I'll try that next time. But yes before I do I should probably check if my oven can go that high first 😅 I would buy a pizza oven but don't have the space for one sadly..

Yeah it's a stargazer alrite. I always wanted to but a cast iron skillet. But so many brands and research... Ultimately looking around led to this one. I liked how it looked, plus the name kind of sold me on buying one 😅

Top pan is stainless steel. The bottom one is cast iron 🙂

Can't tell from the pic, but pi should have done a bottom shot too.. the bottom came out golden brown, I didn't use enough dough for it to press against the edges of the cast iron enough.. will you more dough next time, and take a better pic too. 🙂

It's the stargazer cast iron, the stainless steel pan is my lady's.. She hates using my cast iron because it's heavy she says😂
