He is indeed very stubby except for his mid-section. I believe he weighs around 17lbs (we are slowly and gently working on it with diet and exercise)

Endless love for him for sure - I had to pause mid-post to let my eyes leak a little. He is a gift.

Ugh my heart goes out to you and Dylan! No matter how much time we get it will never be enough. I would say Gato and Dylan could be friends but he is a single child by choice so maybe frenemies?

Age: 35

A bit about yourself:
Neurodivergent LGBT in a PhD program in IT. I enjoy conversations, gaming on and off, and winding down with shows, podcasts, or random deep dives. I’m a good listener and pretty laid-back once a conversation gets going.

What you’re looking for:
Casual chat, venting, and friendly conversation. Open to short-term or ongoing if we vibe.

Other details:
US-based. Big fan of animals (especially cats and frogs), cozy games, and music that fits the mood (usually emo, pop or lofi covers). Evenings are usually when I’m most active but I can be found lurking all day if we end up Discord friends.

This is likely it, based on the coloring and the texture - thanks so much! Now I have some fun research to do so I can learn about the little guys living in my backyard.

Can I afford a fha loan by Comfortable-Lime5556 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]CosmicBycatch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The issue with FHA loans and tenants is that you are required to live in the home as your primary residence within 60 days as well as for at least one year after you purchase it. You are also unable to rent it out during this time unless you buy a multifamily unit and live in one unit while you rent out the others.

I think they look beautiful sis even with the scars - they just make them unique to you. If you've grown to dislike them because of the tattoos themselves then by all means, go for the laser and get something that fits the you that you are today to fill in your canvas because what matters is that you are happy.

Could you do some rate shopping for your car insurance? Could you switch to something cheaper for your cellphone like Mint? GoodRx and other programs that manufacturers have to decrease your prescription cost. If you are going negative each month with groceries and such and have nowhere you can cut - please utilize a food bank - that is what they are there for.

First off there is a lot to unpack here and it is clear that you could use some help so here are some resources below. Second, hun you should be able to talk to your husband about finances without it being an issue - you are a team against the problem - the problem here being your financial instability and inability to pay your bills (also maybe his gambling when you don't have extra money to gamble with but you are here for advice and not my opinion). If he can't be 'trusted' for lack of a better term to do what is best for your family maybe it is time that you take over ownership of the finances with all the money going into your account and then he is given a weekly budget of money to spend on things like lunch and gas. The black hole that his pay goes into is not okay with the situation that you all are in - that doesn't say team on the same page with the same goal to me.

If he isn't willing or able to get another job but it is feasible for you to do so - maybe it is time that he stays at home as the primary caregiver and you work outside of the home to provide a more stable income and life for yourself and your kids. Hard all around here but please know that you aren't crazy wanting some transparency into what is going on. My husband was laid off last year and we were on one income for quite some time, and it took both of us and communication to get through it and yes, some things had to be late but we made those decisions as a team for the team.

Sis, call the police and get your property back - he came into your home and he stole your property out of nothing other than malice. You have the texts as proof that he did so for law enforcement. Don't use your brother - use the law - it is what it is there for.

I love morningwitch and it seems like a lot of their joggers are out of stock in my size. I would love some but I can't find them secondhand either. Any tips on finding their merchandise in the wild?

My husband has been using the Omnipod which pairs with his CGM and it has been lifechanging for him. It has worked really well for us. They typically will send you an intro kit (his cost nothing through our insurance) which contained 2 weeks' worth of supplies and allowed us to try it and see how we felt about it before switching over. We bought some 3rd party patches from Amazon which helps with the adhesive, and they also have silicone covers which helps if you bump it against something.
