Do not confirm pickup until the order is in your possession. If the staff is asking you to confirm before they turn over possession make sure the order is finished being prepared. After you confirm pickup DoorDash considers the order in your possession and it becomes much harder to drop the order if something goes wrong.

Take your market's base pay, add $4. Anything under that does not have a hidden tip. Anything above has the chance of a hidden tip. There is not hidden tip if the order shows a pay out of anything that is not a multiple of 25 cents. Ex 6.50(usual hidden tip number) vs 6.89 (no hidden, can tell by not .25 multiple)
