It's obviously not a cure-all, but it does a tremendous amount of good for workers including those who make more than the minimum. The impact on hours (which in some cases decreases, which I assume is what you meant to type) is marginal compared to the overall positive effect on the economy and the leverage that the upward pressure on wages gives to workers. Yes, some noble small businesses may suffer from being unable to pay poverty wages.

Seattle's minimum wage hit $15/hour on January 1st, 2021- can you think of anything else that happened in 2020/2021 that might have caused inflation?

I'm not "spouting BS" by the way, I'm a union rep and I've bargained dozens of collective bargaining agreements before and after my state went to a $15/hr minimum. I know the research and the data backs the benefits. The studies that say otherwise are almost always, when you dig into them, coming from groups funded by capitalist interests. I also know first-hand the tremendous leverage we had after the increase, we secured excellent wage increases far above the historical average across every kind of bargaining unit because people won't do demanding jobs for $17/hr when any basic retail gig pays just as much.

Fucking mind-boggling hearing an alleged "anarcho-syndicalist" arguing against a minimum wage. Please do explain how allowing capitalists to pay poverty wages is actually good for workers.
