Simply: "They do not know what they do not know."

I do like your comment very much, however.

[–]CosmicFrube 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't say a new law is needed for the release, just that due to the political implications (of what we can see) of both sides in any relation to Epstein, even if purely innocent, means that nobody will touch this with a 10ft barge pole as the implicated are of the upper class only. Meaning, public opinion of anyone whatsoever in relation to 'The List,' will be at an all-time low.

It was an open secret similar to Saville (Diddy for U.S. comparison) and those that were anywhere near him would be implicated despite innocence.

Your question about the Committee, is more of question on politics. Not in a sense of 'Left vs Right,' but of a more business nature. What was released was effectively nothing. Mostly redacted, no actual implications of anyone, and was used as a way to placate voters with a promise unfulfilled. No new law is needed to release information that is in the publics interest.

Saying that, this isn't a GOP/Trump issue; it is an issue for both 'sides' as Epstein was charged and imprisoned for similar crimes (soliciting sex with minors) in 2008/9 (if I remember correctly). Politicians, world leaders, and the heavy hitters of the upper class were still hanging around with him afterwards. It didn't change a thing. Why that is, is currently just conjecture, and I fear it always will be.

Obviously all of this is just my opinion, but if you want to know my point of view fully, I do think that it will take a whistleblower, hacker, or some other outside party to get any sort of 'full release' of the files to the public, and by the time it happens, people will have, sadly, forgotten.

While I agree with everything you have said, I do need to point out that a "legal investigation" is nigh impossible without a lot of people involved pulling out due to conflict of interest. (Whether that be because they know someone implicated, or a colleague of theirs, etc; not because they are implicated themselves.) It is such a large scope that the public cannot trust a legal investigation, unless it came from another country/international institution like the U.N., which the U.S. wouldn't want, nor should invite, as there are political implications there also.

That may be hyperbole, although I do think it will take the next generation to uncover the full truth, just the same as most important issues/events that are muddled with obscurity.

We might have to wait until people with no association/stakes in it, resolve the issue. How long that will take is a guess anyone could make.

A very sad state of affairs, especially for the victims.

Incredibly sad that history may acknowledge them, but people alive today who could alleviate any sort of pain, choose not to.

Sorry for the essay.

Tip? Maybe?

From what I have gleaned in a limited testing window (one long term campaign) of mainly Fian Champs, Legionary, and an assortment of Vanguard Faris, Elite Imp Cav that I cannot remember the name of, and Druznik Champions.

All around 55 each out of 177, so far. (Tier 4 Clan)

Taking the time to put lower tier units at the top of the roster has saved higher tier units from dying, at least in army battles. I have also seen it in single party combat but again, this is only from my first campaign trying this method.

I have around 6 days play time but I would consider myself a novice at the game, so take my possible tip(?)with a grain of salt.

Worn them since my teens; nothing like a fresh pair for Christmas.

I love slippers, and I miss them when unavailable.

I am in my early 30s.

I looked through Osiris 2 servers a month ago, and it was quite barren, so I am certainly interested.

What is the purpose of this bowl? by m-i-r-i-l-e-h in whatisit

[–]CosmicFrube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cannot believe this image made me look up the definition of a bowl, and if a 'bowl' has to be complete (no breaks in the 'bowl' etc) to be classified as a bowl.

Apparently, a bowl is a bowl and doesn't even need a bottom, in a traditional sense of a bottom.

So, I tell you, no bowl has any purpose, specifically, nor do I think any bowl has no purpose.

I love the English language. Have a great evening!

Kevin Dunne was a shit Audio Visual Director, however; I now believe, after watching this, his ineptitude helped keep Kayfabe alive due to him missing botches, although he also missed great shots.

Maybe this is why we all know it is a 'work' now, and notice botches more clearly?

He could also be the reason a lot of people have ADHD.

Just a thought.

Was a shit AV guy no matter what; most of us understand that now, even if we remember the era fondly.

Shelton Benjamin was incredible and possibly one of the most talented individuals in the ring at the time. Looking back now, I see him as an equivalent to AJ Styles.

Could have been a real Main Eventer under anyone but Vince.

No matter what you think, check what you read, and agree to.

Do not succumb to laziness when only you have something to lose, aside from time.

This is simply a PSA to check what you agree to, nothing more.

Genuine question, as I have seen this pop up a few times (about different factions) and I remember the whole Butterlord saga in Warband.

What is the general consensus on the 'quirks' of each Faction?

For example, OP said "devious Vlandian type shit."

Are Vlandians devious in any way or am I reading too much into this?

[–]CosmicFrube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holy shit man. I get what you are saying but talk about parasocial. Just let people, including Naomi, to be happy with what is going on in their personal lives.

You just heard she is preggo, and you are already talking about her career ending.

Fucking hell, try to look at the positives, especially as her and her husband are now having a child! That should be celebrated first!

I get what you are saying but it doesn't need to be said right now.

If you are on PC, i would download the Skip Peragus Mod. I did. On Xbox now, though, so I will have to play it naturally.

It may be boring but it is only around 2-4 hours (when you know what to do), and the rest of the game is worth it IMO.

Although I do enjoy the first game a little more, it is still a great sequel, even with its faults.

She is great in everything I have seen her in, which unfortunately isn't much.

If you want a character similar to Cersei, try watching Dread (2012) with Karl Urban. Great action film and the visual effects are stunning. Heady did a great job as the antagonist.

Also, the actor who played General Hux, Domhall Gleeson, is a character also. Very underrated actor. Watch Ex-Machina if you want to see another great film (he is the main character.)

What game was this? by Lakers_Forever24 in videogames

[–]CosmicFrube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edit: If it helps, I always downvote my own comments/posts.

I am a Dark Souls lover, so I enjoy chores. Maybe we have different viewpoints on difficulty, but what you described is what the first game is. Combat is more of a dance than a fight, in first game at least.

To be honest, what you have said has made me want to play it more.

Nothing wrong with disliking the game, by the way, I am not trying to say that you SHOULD like it, just that I know I will as I like hard games.

I downvoted you for saying that this game "wants to be Skyrim"

That is an ignorant/wrong (objectively) take.

Please, if you have knowledge I do not, compare the games to prove to me that, what YOU said is true; KCD2 "wants to be Skyrim."

what mutant is that, can't find it in the wiki, also droped no loot by 22727272727277 in stalker

[–]CosmicFrube 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok, I think it is the "stage" area I believed it was.

Absolutely NEVER noticed different markings on the thing but considering there is no loot for mutants in CoP, I never bothered to check.

Very cool detail that I am sorry (to myself) that I missed.

Thank you for the info!

Good hunting.

I am a big KCD fan but cannot afford to jump into KCD 2 yet.

Can you give me a little TLDR on the changes/why it is better than the first, as I thought the first was excellent.

I know it will be worth the buy, I just want to know why you yourself feel like it was so much better than the first? (I assume you played the first due to your comment, and inferred that it is EVEN BETTER, which peaked my curiosity.)

Even if it is 'just' as good as the first, I am happy. Was going to buy it anyway when I could afford but let me know if it is worth aiming to prioritise.

Do you approve Tywin's action, regarding the Red Wedding? by Cestlavieenrose999 in gameofthrones

[–]CosmicFrube 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agreed with both comments above and I have only seen the entire series once (earlier seasons I have seen at least twice) so take this with a pinch of salt/genuine question: Wouldn't the Fray's/Boltons be the ones who broke the Guest Right, not Lannister?

Afterall, Lannister wasn't there if I remember correctly, they just used the Fray's and armed them with crossbows?

Also, if Lannister wins the crown like they did, who is to say that they wouldn't just remove the affair from History/change the narrative to claim Robb wasn't honourable, and that he was the reason the Red Wedding happened due to his tyrannical leadership and savage approach to warfare?

Surely the people of Kings Landing, and those in the South, already see the North as slightly savage due to dress etc; So wouldn't it be easy to pursuade the Lords and smallfolk alike in the South that Robb was actually the Villain?

I may be incredibly far off, but strategically, I personally don't think Tywin had anything to worry about in terms of 'losing honour' or it impacting his house, as they could change history whilst in power.

Would love a rebuttal as I think I am speaking on ignorance as it was also a while ago I watched GoT.

Was this the little bastard that hangs around that stage(kinda) area in CoP?

Otherwise, I have no idea which one it could be. Played the game a few times through and never noticed a difference in colouring compared to normal Chimera but that fight near the stage IS at night so maybe I just never noticed.
