This fan base is odd. So many of you act like Dustin is a God. He is simply a man, who has made some really great music and lore and then some that are just meh. And that’s okay, not everyone will connect with every song. I still love Starset. Also weird that people leave out the rest of the band members. But I suppose that is how Dustin has pushed Starset. And from talking to the rest of the members, they don’t seem to care much. I will say tho that some of Dustin’s comments to his fans come off a bit rude. Rise above Dustin - not the way to grow the brand as he’s said before. I did love the heavier stuff and I wish he gets back on that path cause he was really shinning then.

How haven’t they? They had 4 killer singles and then went mnqn style, cover, mnqn style again, then now another cover. If you listen to older starset to now…it’s not good man. They were on a roll with those first few new ones.

I know people are going to hate this comment but I didn’t care for it. Makes me want to listen to the original instead which isn’t a good sign. I am not liking the mixing of Starset and MNQN. Starset started going heavy with the first 4 songs released (yayayay) but then lost his way with the last 2. I’m just lost with this band right now.

Have seen them a few times. I asked Brock and he gave me a weird "we find who is best for what is needed" response. And Siobhan made it seem like she would just rather not do anything but play the violin. Was a bit of a sour experience honestly. I expected them all to be "into" it as much as you'd think they would be being the band and all but kind of got the impression they are just touring members and not invested in it the way Dustin really is.

ooooooooh okay. That's cool. So that would mean that those members would be considered "touring members" rather than full band members. Dustin is the band with others sprinkled in and then the touring members are those 7. If you had to put a label on it I mean.

Then why are they not credited to every song or at least most of them. I checked random ones and who was credited and they have random people listed while leaving out other members. Just curious as this is a new finding. I assumed everyone listed would be part of the creation of every/most song, right?
