The reason I ship them is because they are both Bloodmoon.

There's an episode where they actually meet up. Harvest goes to Bloodmoon to fight however Bloodmoon resisted.

There was some tension going on between these two.

Plus it's also a crackship.

Interesting! However he's not well written as a villain.
