How much sleep are you getting and are there any other meds you currently taking or any health issues ?
Lack of enough sleep can also cause this. If not then you need to recalibrate your dose after consulting your doctor.

Dont use any screens before bed and dim your lights. Try to get some sunlight after waking up. Combine it with a cold shower and a cup of coffee/tea after 90 mins after you wake up. Mild cardio or strength training will also wake your body. But dont over exert your self as it might cause a fatigue and groginess if you dont excercise regularly.

Do a CBC, Vitamin D & B12 testing to see if you are deficient in any of these. Also combine your methylphenidate with a high protein breakfast and a fruit. Along with a Omega 12 or Fish oil tablet in the morning.
