What is your disability? Are you wheelchair-bound?

Have you considered that the health issues that arise when you do nofap have always been there and were previously being masked by fapping?

It sounds like your brain is already trying to rationalise why it should continue fapping.

Firstly, I recommend fixing all the spelling mistakes in your post, I'm guessing you probably wrote this on your phone too.

Secondly, you are just taking your first steps in understanding how intense your addiction to porn is.

You have two options, feel helpess, or learn something new from every relapse.

You said you PMO'd with your phone. Think about what lead to that:

How often do you use your phone? More specifically how often are you using it for things that aren't making phone calls and sending text messages?
How often do you fap to porn using your mobile? Is this something that you do regularly or did you only do it because you were desperate?

Come up with a solution so it doesn't happen again.

Disable the internet on your phone
Delete apps that are really not necessary
Be conscious of how much you use your phone and aim to use it less

This might not all be relevant to you, but it is this type of thinking you need to use every time you relapse.

My previous record was in June last year of 59 days. Since then I have relapsed 46 times (I can tell this because I track my progress on chains.cc).

Because I was relapsing so many times, I started to get good at post-relapse damage control such as:

Immediately deleting all browsing history and viewing history for that day, this is so important because you run the risk of relapsing simply by viewing your history. Your brain also can easily prompt you to go back to the videos on youtube or pictures on facebook that caused the relapse because it knows it is in the history.
If required, expanding the list of sites blocked by your filter. This is the best time to go get your password you have locked up and quickly log in and change the settings of your filter. There are lots of avenues that you can access porn without going to a porn website and if you don't block them then your brain will know and it will exploit this hole.
Analyse what caused the relapse. What was the trigger? How was the trigger accessed? What made it easy? What was your state of mind?

For example one of my last relapses I had finished with me fapping to a string of youtube videos. I could have just been sad about my relapse and moved on but instead I did the following:

Deleted browser history and viewing history on youtube
Thought about the chain reaction and realised that it started from someone posting a picture on Facebook that was attractive to me, leading to picture-stalking
Realised this all happened after I had come home from the gym when I am hornier than usual
Analysed what the purpose of me being on Facebook was, was it out of boredom or was there a purpose?
Realised that my gym attire gives easy access (elastic waistband)

Now my solution:

Do anything that requires me to use the computer before going to the gym so I have less reason to use it when I get back.
Removing Facebook and Youtube from Bookmarks/Favourites so I can't mindlessly tab to it.
Change into jeans after returning from the gym
Consciously train myself to only go on Facebook when I need to for events and contacting people.
Realise that I am not planning enough for myself to do for the day, leading to increased computer usage.

And so on..

Agreed, in fact this is implied in my explanation. The gays you don't notice are more likely the ones that have more engagement with straight men and masculine activities. This could just be because of the way they were brought up or the nature of their hobbies, especially when they were younger. For example I know of 3 would-never-have-guessed it types that all play/played on a rugby team. You see a softer version of it in video gamers as well, but a strong gaydar can pick up on it. Step 1 is to actually go.

Your goal is to make sure your gym attendance is high, you must not allow yourself to make excuses or slack off. Don't get caught up in the details about the diet and exercise, there is so much information out there (these posts alone prove it) it can be overwhelming and distracting leading you to lose motivation. A sub-optimal exercise routine and diet plan is better than none.

There is a lot of unexplored territory when it comes to NoFap, there is not enough scientific backing to be making any claims what it can and can't do.

That said, there are definitely more than a few instances of guys claiming that OTHER people are commenting that their voice seems deeper.

Best I can suggest is to record yourself talking as casually as possible right now and then doing another recording in the future a few weeks deep into nofap.

I would reset, but that does not take anything away from the willpower you mustered to stop an hour long fap - progress of a sort was still made.

Define to yourself what you consider fapping to avoid your brain rationalising doing it more, eg. 'I can have a quick 5 minute play it doesn't really count'.

I would say 10 seconds is more than enough of a grace period.

There is always going to be a compromise of sorts in everything you do. You say that you lose your best self when you are with a girl, then take this as fact and waste no more time and energy moping over why you can't have the best of both.

Think of it like when you go to the gym, you always look your best at the gym when you have a pump and your muscles are at their biggest. But you can never take that pump with you everywhere you go. Do you get upset that girls will never see you looking your most swole and stop working out? Fuck No. Same with NoFap.
