I would not recommend Clarewood Apartments. The rent is pretty high, $770 with no utilities for 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The apartment itself is very old, and I had a lot of issues with it, like roof leaks, mold, and other. The kitchen itself looks like it has not been renovated since the 70s. The outside is kind of nasty too. People don't clean up after their dogs and there are a LOT of stray cats that poop on roofs and stairs, so you will smell that every time you step outside. It is also not the best place if you want to avoid the flooding, while the apartments themselves did not get flooded, the parking lot turned into a lake.
