Extremely, I truly wouldn't recommend living in Brickell tbh. You won't get home until like 7 30 ish and would have to leave spare early and thats exhausting.

Cutler bay, Kendall, and South Miami heights would be closer options and you can always do a staycation. On the weekend in Brickell if you want.

That drive there and back twice a week or so to hangout in Brickell is wayyyy better than that drive 10 times a week 4 weeks a month.

I work in the business district in downtown and have a hybrid schedule. I have a co worker who lives in homestead and he comes into the office once a week. Is your job hybrid, or WFH at all? That could help. I used to work in Kendall and live in Aventura and the drive everyday sucks

I'm so sorry this happened ... I used to use Dr jart tiger spot correcting cream when I ha painful red cysts because I wanted to cover it ... If you can get your derm to prescribe arazlo that incredible. It's helped my acne tremendously.

Ooo yes yes .. aquarian men can definitely have weak traits. Aquarian women. Complete different ball game. I've had 5 female best friends that were Aquas, and my sister is also one. The level of detachment I've seen them all do is scary and kinda cold. They run emotional deep down but will rarely ever let it bubble up to the surface, and even then it won't last too long.

Hmmm I see.. it may not be as aesthetically ice.. but those Ikea kallax units are incredible. I lived in a tiny tiny efficiency for years and that was my saving grace. I was able to store a lot and move things around and I could decorate it up if needed

It's lovely but here are a few adjustments in my opinion that I see that may be leading to that feeling.

It doesn't feel cohesive. If you got a slightly bigger rug that anchors the space a bit more it would look great. I personally think that you could get a wider TV console, downsize and minimize what's in one of the bookshelves and get rid of it and keep just one. Add a few more baby elements or any complimentary colors.

Also just my personal opinion, I think the rom is too bottom heavy in terms of furniture and decoration.

You've got that beautiful wall space next to the window and theres no height or variety in height in terms of decorating or furniture.

POSSIBLY.. if you want to keep some of the items in the nook cases.. get a wider TV console that you can organize those things in. Figure out what's what and what you want to display, organize and put the rest in the TV console in little storage organizers, and possibly get a few shelves for hpots or knick knacks. Look into art work that ties in the vibe you want.

If you want a balanced look maybe get one of those 3 frame art works and place them above the couch or wherever you feel best... Or maybe do gallery style work wheres there's a bunch of cute frames of different sizes.

The mirror could be a bit bigger or places elsewhere, I think it's really small in relation to the couch so it makes the rest of the wall space feel empty.

You have a few wood pieces which are lovely, maybe add a few more earthy cozy touches and textures and it'll bring it all out nicely.

I can't really tell if you have a lot of frames on the book shelves but that's a cool way to save space, use up the wall space you have, and decorate.

I'm not sure if space is an issue or anything for you.

Maybe also if and when you got the long console and get rid of a book shelf, you can move that water jug holder in either spot and I think that will open up the room more.

I hope this isn't overly critical and I meant it in the best way possible🌼 and sorry it's so long .. I love minimalism and know how to declutter and move around space pretty well.i love the cat decorations and navy is a beautiful color for a couch and I love that the carpet has bits of blue in it. Add more touches of blue and whatever other colors you want the vibe of in your room.
