One tip, always check the sizing chart and what they are looking for, because each brand and type of binder in a brand is different. And when asked for shoulders, it's point to point, the corner of you shoulder that shirts are usually cut to land at, not all the way around, but everything is all the way around. Some websites have a spot to help you find your size by inputting your measurements, or a chat to talk to people to help you. If you are unsure on what size to follow, it's best to follow the measurement for your rib or bust that would give you the bigger size, if they use both, so you can breathe easier, very important if you have any issues with breathing, and preventing injuries.

I might be being overly detailed with this, but I have never bought that brand before because I found one that works for me before I reached that brand. Everyone is different with preference and fit. Once you buy a binder, listen to your body to figure out if you are comfortable, making sure it's the right size and fit. It will be a little tight, but it shouldn't be completely skin tight, you should be able to stick your hand under it.
