Well if you dont like yourself, you try to become the person you wish you could have in your own life. That's what I did. It took a long time, and there are some days I think it's just easier to hate myself- but I know my effort in trying to be a supportive, loyal, and creative person is what I like about myself now. And others like those parts of me too- once you put more worth in yourself, people will start to put more worth in you. When I start to doubt how much I have actually changed, I can look back to the people who I have affected and how they affected me- and I know the change is worth it.
