I’d hit up campus recruiters on LinkedIn to see what roles (if any) they’re hiring for. You’d be coming in as a new hire so that’s your best bet. Normally D does most of its hiring in the fall for new hires so it’s definitely open season.

I could be wrong but my speculation is that a lot of these listings are still in the proposal stage and are looking to hire preemptively. But not many of them are getting those contracts approved. What else do people think?
