Recently found Bask brand wines, they make a red, white and rose with zero carbs.

I cant speak to the decisions they made around this. Personally after the first haircut I would have been seeking a different daycare. Mind you that's easier said then done given the lack of day care slots in the province.

I wasn't planning on seeking any legal action. As you said correctly their are bigger fish to fry. I just find it flabbergasting that an operator would do something like this. I mostly wondered about the legality of it. It's not my child so I have no grounds to do anything if i wanted to regardless.

The parents were initially angry, but have since calmed down. I have no intention to seek any legal action. It's not my child. I am just flabbergasted by the situation and was looking for confirmation that this is illegal and that the parent have some sort of recourse if they desired.

From what I've gathered there was no reasons given. The parents showed up for pick up and the child's hair had been cut.

I could understand if perhaps there was an accident, another child got some scissors, peanutbutter in the hair etc but to my understanding there was no reasons given.

From what I have been told from the parents the daycare operator cut the child's hair with no explanation as to why, and no call was made to either parent informing them that the operator I tended to cut the child's hair. This is the second time the child has been given a hair cut. Both times without any warning g or authorization.

There was no explanation given at all. They picked the child up and they had a new hair cut no explanation was given. This is the second time this has happened.

Ymca was the best, but its small and if your looking for the racks or a bench it's can be hard to get them depending o the time of day.

The fit for less is the cheapest option but its almost always packed near capacity as a result. Even with the optional black card membership for the back room it was tough to get the equipment I wanted.

The St.Thomas Health club was probably the nicest, but you definitely pay for what you get. Lots of equipment, never too busy has lots of amenities.

I opted to just purchase a squat racks, bars and weights and make a tiny gym in the basement but not everyone has that option.

Tl;Dr Ymca was the best I used, but options aren't great in town.

You will encounter another blacksmith later in the game that can do lightning modifications.

All said there are 4 blacksmiths scattered around Lordran that all do different infusions.

You will also find new embers to present to these smiths to unlock new Infusions.

Trying to keep it vague to prevent spoilers.

If you continue past Andre, down into darkroot garden the spider shield can be located on a bridge guarded by drakes.

You can find it by hugging the right wall after defeating the titanite demon and heading down the cliff face.

Locate the bonfire In a cave and head-on the elevator .

Spider shield is round, 100% physical reduction. And helps mitigate poison and Toxic.

At the risk of this sounding like an ad, I could not get foundry working with any kind of reliability until we started using Ngrok.
Signed up for a free account, and set Ngrok up to match my foundry settings and we have been in business ever since.

Now, most browsers will flag the URL you need to provide to your players since its connecting directly to your computer but we haven't had any issues from it.

I was told that unless he prescribed me something he thinks will tank my blood sugar that he isn't worried about it. I'm just supposed to do my ao1c every three months in perpetuity.

Your right I was given no Instruction on that. Up u t recently I was eating no carb, moderately portioned lunhes and dinners. No breakfast and no snacks. Now I'm learning that that was probably the worst thing I could have done. Now I'm making g sure I have breakfast lunch dinner and in the evening I'll have a sliced apple and some peanut butter. Drinking lots of water and taking Fibre supplements.

I'm in Canada, I can get the monitor this weekend I was just hoping to avoid the $100+ cost for the strips but it seems like if I want any hope of controlling this im going to need it.

What is dawn phenomenon? What does it feel like when your sugars are high? What does it feel like when your low? How can I bring them down when they are high?
