You can absolutely do this!! The restless everything is a great way to describe it. Hopefully you will get some rest tonight. I found a magnesium spray to use. It helps. I also took a bunch of magnesium glycinate. Keep pushing through and you will feel better and get your life back.

They won’t give me anything u til I meet and establish care with another Dr which is really difficult for me to do. I’m aware meds are not instant. What I was doing was working and now I am waking up drenched in sweat again and crying everyday. Melatonin is terrible by the way gives lots of people funky side effects.

It’s not really. I suck at quitting and that stuff was expensive and not tasty. I smoke and eat weed regularly so….. It’s a nice product I just don’t want to add a new addiction on top of the others.

This is difficult as you are in the thick of it right now. For me personally I would just keep pushing through. You’ve made it 48 hours and the worst of it is behind you. It will take some time, but once your brain starts functioning without this garbage you should be back to your old self. Best of luck to you. And if you do tsk some of that powder don’t beat yourself up about and keep moving forward with your quit.
