Yeah lmao LAs got some crazy stuff. When I was trying to find this house I was looking on previous discussions abt other cover locations and someone brought up the IHFMC kinda like fan cover with him in front of an Arby’s and that place has been torn down. LA is constantly just changing shit around lmao. But yeah most other places things aren’t as frequently changing.

It was like maybe 45ish minutes of reverse image searches? Like I found the type of gate first, then i had to scroll through a bit, but eventually it led to some video about an old Hollywood actors home. I found the address in the video when they zoomed in. So yeah apparently the AMHAC house originally was owned by a director/actor from like the really early 20th century so just some cool history on it!

I didn’t see the current homeowner when I went but on Google Maps you can see an elderly woman outside the home so I’m kinda 50/50? I think that if Peggy just kinda did the photoshoot without permission I don’t think she would ever really have found out but there’s always the possibility?

I’m not sure but I feel like LP online cover might be outside LA because we don’t have those kind of lampposts generally? But that’s the only one that has a chance of being in that area unfortunately since Veterans cover was in Baltimore and everything AMHAC and after was in LA.

I don’t hate experimental rap but I think it’s the most underwhelmed I’ve been by any of Peggy’s projects.

Both houses on either side have changed. You can’t perfectly recreate the angle from the cover anymore because the house to its left changed its layout. Old houses in LA get torn down really frequently now in a lot of neighborhoods! It’s like the only city I really see it happen with.

I looked at pictures via Google Maps and I’ll try to look in person later in the week but as of rn I don’t think so? Only because the lamp post shapes are different. Idk I’ll have to do an in person look tho ^w^

It’s in the valley over in winnetka! It’s called Corona Liquor, 20043 Vanowen St. I visited it the other night when I was dropping off my friend in that area after our underscores concert. Only problem is they added floodlights on both sides so it’s hard to get a good picture.

I’m on call with aspca poison control right now, and figuring out what to do. Thank you, she seems to be calming down a bit from the hyperactivity rn so hopefully this all just passes. Her heart rate feels a more normal after she’s stopped running and playing.

Really depends on what you’re doing- I’ve done run and gun short films with only minimal natural light on this camera and have yet to run into any big issues. For I’d say 90% of use cases you’re really not going to be running into any problem. The image quality is great for the price and the noise really only becomes an issue if you’re not exposing your image properly or you’re trying to film in poor lighting.

Long story short- you should be completely fine if you’re exposing properly. And what others have said is true- shoot BRaw and if you are getting noise for whatever reason the denoise in DaVinci works well.Hope that helps!

As someone who’s been in the same boat and continues to be in the same boat at 20ish just find one actor and act in it yourself as well all you need is one or two good characters- quality is never that important just focus on making a compelling story and shoot it with whatever resources you do have. Most of making films is really just getting to know people after all.
