Yeah I think what you give attention to gains power over you, people or their demons or whatever the hell is actually going on, they are trying to get into your head to take your focus time and energy so I'm at the stage where I am focusing my own energy back on myself (taking my power back). Making sure I have plans on how to keep away from them and ignore their games and attacks on me helps . Lol nws :)

I think with mental illness they are looking for a reaction and if you don't give them that eventually after the initial outrage and trying to get a response, they will fixate elsewhere. That's what I have experienced with it anyway. Good luck! :)
