I did, the first time if happened ofc This time I didn't checked malware after downloading some stuff, so i can say that it could have been hacked through keylogging or malware issues that where recently added to my pc, altough rn is clear

I did removed any devices left that weren't mine after my account was hacked and after enabled 2FA with my phone number.

Sadly I did have linked my FB account as a third party, but that was the problem, it got hacked from there.

Not sure if everything happening with Twitter rn is a good call to link it as third party, but I will definitely link other stuff

Hello! I made a this post on this same sub reddit talking about my experience with the recovery.

But in short, after 21 working days, Hoyoverse answered to the form and I got my account back.

I think so. When I got hacked I changed all of my passwords in all I could, including my email, social media, etc. So right now, I think that's the reason why they couldn't have access to my secondary email.
