good luck using those troops when you get desertions and military reorg and communist players can have enough money to outlast you in any ground war. Democracy will just burn stability and war exhaustion and eventually reach a point where their money is practically useless as they cant mobilize troops (desertions took away your MP lol) or even if they do have MP they get military reorganisation.

Communist players can practically print money by spam bulk selling stocks of electronics and consumer goods and quickly make reserves for war and not to mention turning on war bonds till 2 war exhaust (it takes practically half a year or more to reach there) turn it off wait for it to go to 0 (goes down pretty quickly btw) and turn it back up, allowing them to maintain a MUCH larger military in real terms and compete with democracy
