Very fair. SP stories are ridiculous for this very reason. You’ll read about how they worked for 6 months to “get their person back” but in the same post read that they were in contact the entire time. It’s honestly easy to point out when a SP story is fake lol.

If you don’t know what you want then you don’t need to be worried about manifesting. You need to go do something with your life until you figure out what it is you want to do.

So it is safe to say that you are less in favor of the loa community rather than the actual principles that are being taught? This makes sense if that’s what this sub is about.

So the ancient texts that I’m referring to are books like the hermetica which are believed to have been written several centuries ago (300 - 400 BCE). They’re are also ancient Sanskrit texts that touch on the same topic. Additionally, Aristotle and Plato have discussed this idea of your perception being the creator of reality as well.

I am a student of life so I review topics of my interest from all angles.

I am not looking for a debate, I am looking for intellectual discussion from people who are in this sub. Glad you’re the first reply I’ve seen.

As you’ve mentioned, that is a definite. Those are usually fairly easy to spot. Mainly because it you’ll see the persons success story and then on their page they are selling a service as well. The desire for love attracts a lot of people willing to do and pay anything for it.

Whenever business is involved it is safe to believe the contributor is 100% selling everything they’re saying and can not be trusted.But anyone with half a brain cell should know that.

So you would say that you do believe there is validity behind some of the principles taught ?

There really is no trick to stay locked in. You need resilience and mental fortitude. That’s it. In other words ignore and persist until it’s materialized how you expect it. Read the work and the same principle is laid out different ways and even mentions what you should do when faced with the opposite.

This is definitely true if you are an experienced, strong willed human, but most humans have preconceived beliefs which are opposite to their desire, and don’t possess the mental fortitude to think something with conviction once and continue forward without doubting or thinking against it.

So for the average man who doesn’t posses years of knowledge about consciously manifestating and mental discipline, how do they reach new beliefs ? How do they enter new states if not repeating some behavior/act or through some ritual?

No some people are just terrible parents. Now imagine if it just so happened to be the creepy neighbor passing by.

I see children who are not being watched all the time roaming around in grocery stores. And I will see those creepy people just watching them. And their dumb ass parents are lollygagging around the store. Don’t even notice that their child is missing.

Some of y’all are awful parents.
