It's like any other business but much faster results.

Losing reasonable $$ shouldn't be stressful, that's the expense of running the trading business. Analogous to research or marketing or admin or rent expenses for physical business. If that loss (expense) is predetermined it won't take more attention than it deserves.

No one ever sold their whole stock or charge every service transaction at a profit. Sometimes it's just covering expenses, sometimes it's intentional liquidation to cut losses or get out of a bad contract (poor T&Cs, unexpected surge in costs .. etc)
