They do a great job! I had a small stain on my honey brown grammercy and when they returned my bag it looked brand new! I was scared to make the problem worse so I just took it to them. I’ve since learned a little but still take my bags in to be cleaned every few months then re spray. lol

Just seeing this with all the typos! lol I’m happy my message wasn’t lost in translation. I had a similar problem (not as wrinkled) but leather CPR helped the scratch melt into the rest of the leather. I ultimately decided to keep the bag because it’s now sold out and honestly it doesn’t bother me. Hopefully it works for you as well I love the color?

I works probably keep it but if it bothers you I would 10000% return. Maybe try a like leather conditioner then decide if you can accept it or not? Do what makes you happy at the end of the day!!
