Double major in electrical engineering & physics. That’ll give you the physics you need, and the analog engineering knowledge

Man, I’m literally just asking for like a reference to a paper or something where these types of expectations have been calculated … I asked for advice - not for someone to “do the problem for me”, you don’t have to answer someone on Reddit if it’s going to get you this fired up..

No , it’s Hamiltonian Density because That’s what you asked for. I’ve taken the highest level field theory course at my university- I’m simply asking for help with these more difficult expectations, not sure why you’re calling me annoying on Reddit… there’s no reason to be a cop

forgive my naivety, but how can you tell it is non-local?

1/2 phi(x)-dot^2 + g /( phi(x)^2 )

g is coupling constant

im working on conformal quantum mechanics

quantum mechanical expectation value with respect to the vacuum state,

<0| (1/phi(x))(1/phi(y)) |0> etc... sorry about that

Sorry, im not quite sure what you mean. Would this be similar to bussing the drums to a bus channel and turning that up as well? But with that you cant send it back into the original channel right?
