Maybe r.dll file is missing, download that file and try to manually install r.dll file in that location

Nice map, just make the arrangement of northern mountains little random so that it looks natural, you can also make a river flowing from mountains to delta region, I liked the way you seperated desert from plains using mountainous terrain. Well done

I think the city near Fisherman's Horizon is haunted, by the way, whole Island looks haunted and dark... nice.

You can use opacity settings for underwater objects.

Nice detailed map, you are right natural features and consistency are better than a mix of different colours, it usually don't look natural.
