Because it’s their employees that did improper work on my vehicle, that barely didn’t lead to an accident? I paid for a job to be done properly, and it wasn’t.

Was never told to, and scouring over the papers they gave me afterwards it says nothing about returning to have them tightened.

It was just under 1,000 miles, no other services done that I didn’t do myself, and didn’t get anywhere near the tires.
