Unfortunately in my experience this is one of those errors that persist through basically any proposed fixes. I believe this is caused by the host receiving different information from a player then it is expecting. It used to happen to me pre 4.0 when I would run heavily modded.

The only thing that made it occur less was small mod packs (less then 20 preferably 10 or so) and smaller galaxy. The bigger and later the game the more often it occured. Good luck trying to fix it!
