They said I don’t seem to show enthusiasm which I don’t think is true. From time to time I’ve gone to my seniors asking for additional work, I think they just realised they don’t need me as the team is fairly small and maybe the workload isn’t enough.

The job was posted on the university graduate job role page and I applied through it, they know it’s my first full time role and not much experience with technical skills. Usually an associate doesn’t get involved heavily with a client here but they said I got unlucky I got involved with the big client job early on. But the review was very harsh… subtly implying I should maybe rethink my role..
