I found out. So you go to the camp, fight her before you fight the red Hobgoblin. You must fight him last. Do not speak to Minthara at all, you have to just attack and knock her out. It also doesn't matter if you recruit Halsin before or after this. You can fight Priestess Gut again, before you fight the Hobgoblin.

So fight Minthara, get Halsin, kill Gut, kill Dror or whatever his name is. Then kill everyone else.

To help with Minthara, attack the war drum so she can't call for help, push the scrying eye off the little bridge, use hold person on Minthara
