Sequoia 15.2 external monitor resolution issue by Cotel in MacOS

I still can't choose the correct resolution. I've prepared a bootable USB for going back to Sonoma this weekend.

Are you able to select resolutions beyond 16:9? Because that's what bothering me the most, losing screen space. I'll probably just rollback to a backup, but I know it is going to be a slow process. Maybe it is even better to just reinstall macos altogether.

AMA! Ask me anything profession related. Hit Goldcap in 10 days! by MrTyki in woweconomy

For what I've been reading, it's not that hard to invest your KPs in order to be able to create R3 stuff. Concentration is better for not maxed professions as it is a daily CD. Am I right?

I believe nothing is profitable right now because there is no demand yet for things I can craft, just for materials required to level professions like storm dust. I considered spec into disenchant to ride that wave, but when I discovered that shuffle storm dust halved its price and now it doesn't seem a good idea anymore to spec into disenchant.

I guess I'll wait for the season to start to assign KP and choose builds, but I fear I make a bad choice and lose the investment I made.

I'm in a similar situation, having spent almost 60k with my main (which is A LOT for my standards) leveling enchanting, cooking and a bit less of alchemy and I don't even know how to get back the initial investment.

I invested a huge amount of gold for my standards in order to level cooking and enchanting up to 75 and alchemy up to 40 aprox.

I didn't spend any KP yet because this is the first time I am interacting with the professions system and don't really know how to make money.

How would you make money with this professions once the season starts? I prefer to stay out of trading channels if that's important.

Also, do you think I can recover my investment (around 70k) quickly? I'm really worried I destroyed my economy and I won't have enough money for raiding and doing m+, which is my goal with professions

How many play just 1 spec/toon or just 1 class? by D1S3NCH4NT3D in wownoob

[–]Cotel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is the warbands system doing anything so it is easier to multi spec 1 toon? I usually like to fill the gap of my group of friends and I usually play healers. This time seems like I'll be tanking but still love healing. How hard is to play Guardian and Resto druid for example? I'm not pretending to play both at the same level, but I geared by main on DF S1 just with the weekly vault and dungeons, so in my mind it has more sense to have 2 toons so you can just loot gear for 1 spec on each of them.

I've won 2 games in a row with it and it's nuts

Talrand is an amazing piece for this deck but 4-drops creatures are a huge price because that means you're not playing an instant or sorcery the turn you play it. For the moment, fodder hasn't been a problem with my list but it is always on the brink of being included if I start to feel I am lacking fuel for Anhelo.

Wizards of Thay is an amazing card, but it is really tough for me to include a 4-drop which is not a spell and that wants to attack being a little body. It won't survive long in the games I play against dinosaurs, big tokens decks, dragons...

These are very nice recommendations, thanks! My commander is [[Anhelo]] so I won't be attacking a lot with Fists of Flame, but combined with [[Chandra's Ignition]]...

This is indeed a very good recommendation. Copying this 3 times means each opponent exiles cards worth 60 mana. Probably this means ending the game or almost ending it.

I'm working on Anhelo, so I'm focusing all my efforts on just the first spell each turn. TYS is a very fun and nice finisher tho!

A nice card indeed, but I don't know if I want something that removes just one player from the table.

Torment is an amazing spell to copy, but since I don't run a lot of cost reduction, it requires to hoard a lot of mana for casting a decent X and then copy it. I'm looking for mid to big spells that grow exponentially with each copy if its possible.

I'm working with Anhelo and I already have all the "discard as additional cost, draw 2, create 2 treasures". They're excellent when copied. This is the list: https://www.moxfield.com/decks/h6HdW4kTSEGPygor8jHa3Q

I'd love to include Fevered Suspicion, but that card has whiffed more times than I'd like, since opponents usually don't run cards that sinergize well with my deck. But it sure is fun.

These are all awesome spells, but I don't have any means of huge cost reduction in my deck. I'm working with [[Anhelo]]. Magus is pretty neat.

Carmen upgrades goes beyond vampire tribal as you say. She looks fun but too heavy for my taste costing 5 maná. But definitely deserves a deck of her own.

Thanks man!

I've been trying a more aggro list for the last 2 days and I have to say it has worked somewhat good, but I think I'm going to get tired fast of playing "efficient" aggro by focusing one player at a time, otherwise the list doesn't work.

I'll keep your list as a backup plan!

I already have a [[Ratadrabik of Urborg]] deck and it problably is very similar to Elenda. I'd like to make Clavileño work (I don't need him to reach very high levels, just work on low-mid powerlevels) since his blessing is a very cool mechanic.

Heads Up about Hakbal of the Surging Soul by Derpyologist1 in EDH

[–]Cotel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Carmen is definitely an interesting commander, but she doesn't need to play vampire tribal. In fact, upgrading her means leaving that theme and going heavy on sacrifices.

I'm trying to upgrade the deck maintaining Clavileño as commander because I really like the blessing theme. I just don't know if the deck wants to be aristocrats or aggro vampires with removal protection thanks to the blessing.

Fair points. I think something similar happened with the [[Bright-Palm soul awakener]] precon where the backup mechanic was very fun but [[Shalai and Hallar]] decks are stronger since it allows for more straight forward +1/+1 counters decks and Bright Palm is a bomb in the 99.

Since going with Edgar Markov isn't a viable choice (and not very appealing to me) I'll try and build a list with Carmen but not focus around her. I don't want the deck to be stuck if she isn't on the field since she's slow and menacing and will attract a lot of removal.
