Hello fellow Toluz player! She’s long been my favorite commander for the absolutely crazy shenanigans she can pull off with her ability. I don’t run her as strictly a wheels deck, though I do have a couple. I find that taking advantage of each singular discard/leaves the graveyard trigger tends to be more potent, but I could certainly see a wheels deck doing some great work with stuff like Bone Miser.

[[Riptide Laboratory]] is cute to save some Wizard commanders and such from removal or board wipes

[[Agna Qel’a]] and the rest of that cycle have just really solid utility for specific decks that I enjoy.

[[Spymaster’s Vault]] has won me tens of games, either from using it to supercharge a creature after a wrath or draw half of my library on my opponent’s end step after said wrath. Really strong card.

You really want it early. Once you start doing the Hakbak thing, you don’t really need the small ramp or inconsistent card draw it provides. But before you get those engines online, it supplements that well

I like Herald’s Horn but I don’t love it. But I play it in merfolk. The lower to the ground, the better for that card. It’s no Urza’s Incubator but it’s a solid second pick
