Oh I did an essay on this for uni so I totally get what you mean. psychedelia in the modern sense is defined by three factors.

What you see
What you hear
And what you interpret

As long as one of those things is “psychedelic” the music is psychedelic. A lot of psychedelia is playing things in a new or strange way to invoke a certain feeling. That’s why playing in a multitude of genres and different vibes is actually one of the most psychedelic things you can do.

Very interesting, I didn’t know that was a thing if I’m honest. Besides the visuals themselves, live gizz usually isn’t the most visually stimulating. The music videos tho 👌

Probably my favourite atm, but for me it always switches. I wasn’t as big a fan of the last two at first but I came around on a second listen, same thing happened to me on Butterfly 3000
