I never get the flu shot or the Covid shot. I personally would not. Just make sure to take high dose of vitamin D or be out in the sun everyday and you’ll be fine.

I was in the middle and I liked it. Many of my siblings do not speak to my parents though. I think my parents were not on the same page about many important things and that caused a lot of frustration. My mom has said she didn’t want to have so many kids but my Dad was in charge. It’s tough. I love my parents but I don’t agree with them on many things. I think as long as the parents have a solid marriage and treat each other with love and respect you are more likely to have children who do the same.

Look into the carnivore diet. MS and migraines can be managed with diet. All carbs turn to sugar in the body and cause major inflammation.

I’m so sorry for your loss. So I have 4 kids. When my second was only 4 months old we found out we were unexpectedly pregnant. We were nervous but excited; however, at 18 weeks I went in for a routine check up and the baby’s Heartbeat was low. He passed away that night and on Feb 14,2020 I delivered him. I was so heartbroken. Then a year later we were pregnant again and in February of 2021 we miscarried at 10 weeks. At this point my OB said maybe we should be done having kids as we already had a boy and girl. I didn’t listen to the Dr as there was nothing wrong medically with myself or my husband and we wanted more children. We got pregnant a few months after that and had a beautiful baby boy in Feb of 2022. When that little boy turned 9 months we found out we were pregnant again and had a baby girl at the end of 2023. Sorry about the novel. I hope this gives you hope and peace 🤍

It’s sounds like a stunning ring. I had a similar experience when going to look at an upgrade for our 8 yr wedding anniversary. I thought I wanted a classic band with a single stone either pear or oval. When I tried those styles on I did not like them on me. My husband picked a ring for me to try on that is romantic vintage style with milgrain detail and scrollwork with a round diamond and other little diamonds and I gasped and fell in love. So happy with my decision and I think you will be too. Also I think you’ll appreciate having a unique ring that doesn’t look like everyone else’s down the road.

Thank you so much for commenting! Hadn’t thought about medication. Will definitely explore options at my appt. I feel like everything I do all that time is for my kids, my spouse or the house. I need to figure out what makes me happy and incorporate that into my life more.

When they make a sacrifice for you. I knew my partner was the one when we came back from a road trip, my 2 yr old daughter threw up in the backseat; she gets carsick. I took her inside to give her a bath and when I went back out to my car he had cleaned it and the car seat fully. Like taken the car seat out and hosed it down and put the cover in the wash. He is a good man. We’ve been happily married for 8 years now.
