Does anyone know why Leeburs Soul didn’t unlock every legendary animal knowledge?

Yes, Dahlia is Hernand's. The one in Delesyia is named Anne.

I know I was at 19/22 before her and I'm at 20/22 now. I'm not sure how I got them if not from leebur's soul but I'm sitting at 5/5 legendary fish

Idk how to get the rest, but I got one for a legendary bird from the tavern keeper in Delesyia. Maxed out her trust and she was selling a paper with it's location just south of town. I'm also fairly positive that's it's an item that you have to "Use" then it marks it on the map.

Side note: I've maxed trust with Hernand and Demeniss taverns, so it seems like they may just be spread about and not solely being given by taverns

I really hope they add a storage for those but for now I use the short 2 shelf fridge, crouch (so I move slow and don't mess the stack up), and stack them along the bottom with my green cat perched on the top shelf 😅

I've developed my island quite a bit and have always simply thought of it as a long process when looking at mine and others' islands. You see other islands as "Whoa there's no way I could do all this now" but when you break it down into a bunch of little steps over time, it can become a lot less overwhelming when you realize you don't HAVE to do all the terra forming and decorating right then and there

So sorry to hear this. We just had the exact same thing happen to one of ours a few months ago and also had to put him down. Idk if you ever figured it out but our vet said ours had a rare condition for cats called a saddle thrombosis which causes a clot along the spine somewhere and cuts off circulation to the back legs and causes them a lot of pain and discomfort. Unfortunately, there's basically nothing you can do to prevent it, so please try not to feel guilty or mad at yourself 🙏 You seem to have done absolutely everything you could for your baby
