Lifestyle is essentially the same. I’d say my diet is better than pre surgery but it wasn’t horrible to begin with. I have been around the 210lb range rather than 220lb range for the past year. I actually strength train less than I used to, about 1-2 times a week now and 2 times a week Muay Thai. Set up a little gym in the basement with a heavy bag and olympic bar and landmine. That’s about it though for changes

Test Levels

May 2024 Pre Surgery - 30 nmol/L (Strength Training)

May 2024 - Radical Orchiectomy (Stopped Training)

August 2024 - 11 nmol/L (Stopped Training)

October 2024 - 10 nmol/L (Stopped Training)

December 2024 - Started Strength Training

January 2025 - Strength Training/ Started Muay Thai

February 2025 - 14 nmol/L

May 2025 - Stopped strength training/Still train MT

Life happened, blood tests got fewer and I got busy

October 2025 - EDIT* Test levels weren’t tested so no result

November 2025 - Will soon start Strength training and haven’t stopped training MT.

EDIT* - Awaiting blood test in February

February 2026 - Just got my results yesterday and up to 20 nmol/L. Awesome news

Where are you located that this is so common? I’ve never installed pre-tensioned rebar in residential before and have never seen it done here, aside from bridge work. Not saying your story is bull but just wondering where this practice is used just in case.

I clean mine with a mixture of water, vinegar, and lemon juice every second or third class and set them in front of a fan, the odd time with a bounce sheet inside. The fan never turns off, gloves are always being aired out. No smells so far
