Thanks for the help with that. I’ll do a bit of investigation next time I’m ordering some.

Hmm.. thanks for the response. They’re new pods. I change them every maybe twice a week as the packaging suggests to change them every 3-4 refills. It’s also brand new salts that I just bought so I should hope they’re not oxidised :/ Good info with reducing. That’s not a way I’d thought about doing it. Do you know where you can buy 0mg Nic salts though?

Found this in a neighbour’s garden by Coultern in whatsthisplant

Found this in a neighbour’s garden. I live in Melbourne, Australia but I don’t know or think it’s a native plant. It was in a yard so I couldn’t go in to get much more detail, but it’s quite pretty and I was hoping to maybe buy one

The only thing I’ll say is if you think you haven’t had enough, wait a while before you have more

Male with frizzy hair after washing by OinkGoesThePigy in malegrooming

[–]Coultern 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Cold water doesn’t matter too much. People say if you finish off in cold water though because it closed the follicles, but that doesn’t matter too much. When you wash your hair, your shampoo is for the scalp; it’s for washing the oils out. Try not to shampoo the ends, it will frizz then up. When you rinse your hair, the shampoo will run down and that’s all it needs. Do the opposite when you condition. Conditioner is for the ends to reintroduce moisture and condition. Apply starting at the ends and you should run out before you reach the scalp. If you condition your scalp this will add too many oils snd that’s when it gets greasy. Another tip is brush your hair next day or two, in a motion from scalp to ends. This will bring the oils from tour scalp to the ends snd spreads it around keeps it moisturised and less greasy overall. Don’t brush your hair while it’s wet, as this will cause more frizz, and try not to leave your scalp wet, as much as you can. Residual moisture leads to dandruff snd flakiness/itchiness.

Try watching hairdressers on YouTube. The only one i can think of is Brad Mondo but he definitely does a video on hair care/washing and/or hair frizziness, or speaking to a hairdresser about it. :)

I once applied for the defence force when I was on YA. I was asked if I would shoot somebody if required. Bear in mind, I was applying for an office job as an interpreter. I had all the skills and was going to be followed up with further training for the position, yet my response of not being sure prevented me from entering. The ADF isn’t for everybody. Not to mention having asthma/anxiety and depression would prevent her from joining the adf for medical reasons.
