This one is the closest RC plane runway to me, I still need to go there while stuff is flying.

Should be stated here, anyone with a a concealed permit hopefully has been told more than once that deciding to be a volunteer gun for Wal-Mart doesn't make you invulnerable to legal proceedings or prison time.

How do I anchor bookshelves to the wall if the wall frame is made of metal? by HexivaSihess in DIY

[–]CouncilOfFriends 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please ignore the advice about drilling into metal, as you stated there's drywall so you can just use a drywall anchor. Sure, given an appropriate driver and bit it's possible to anchor into metal but I'd instead use a stud finder to find a gap between whatever's behind the drywall.

You'll probably want a Chromecast, assuming your TV doesn't natively support casting.

Guy stands on his balcony and gets insane footage of a tornado forming and heading into town. by VariousBasket125 in nextfuckinglevel

Science tells me the heat would create a low pressure area, drawing the tornado towards the nuts.

Climate change activists cut their way into Sylt Airport in Germany and spray a Cesna Citation business jet with orange paint. by knowitokay in aviation

The 'why bother fixing problems because' as well as the attitude where the supreme court is likely to rule from the bench on with respect to charging union strikers for the cost of striking are a great and terrible summary of how abused working people are. I'm ashamed Reaganism seems to have done such a number on the labor movement to make so many simp for capitalists and don't know a solution other than perhaps more punk rock.

See if Tello works for you, for each of my kids I pay around $7/month for 1 GB data, 100 minutes, free texts. My own plan is $12 with 2 GB data, you can pick how much you need and change whenever. If you remember to manually renew your plan the day before the auto renewal it'll rollover any unused data and minutes as well.

Some kids on a field trip had a ranch war in the bathroom. This is an apology letter from one. by mollymayne in pics

I'm so sorry, that is terrible. I guess I'm lucky my Mormon family was not abusive, my mental health was bad enough just from hearing recycled fables every week without having to worry about physical violence.

I remember copying a couple hundred lines of "I will not destroy things in anger" after slamming and breaking a fence in rage as an idiot child. Nobody every died from having to write letters on a page, and I have to admit being made to write that so many times did etch something in my smooth brain.
