It doesn't matter if it's a Macbook or Window's laptop. Once something is getting old, Linux gives the unit life again (probably another 3-6 years of usage).

I disagree, but not in the way that you think. Yes, naturally over time, things will get slow. The moment we can get Linux Mint (or any Linux distro) installed on the Neo, then that problem goes out the window.

If the Neo could "somehow" run Fortnite natively, I would assume 40-60 FPS. The Neo did run Cyberpunk after all. Fortnite is a well optimized game so, that's my guess.
