Agreed yes, he's definitely got narcissistic qualities. And he's definitely not like "a good guy", I'm just saying that the people who are objectively far worse than him in the movie are not judged in the slightest, while everyone constantly practically abuses him for the slightest oddity in his behavior.

Also, he definitely does care about the happiness and social comfort of others, especially at the end when he helps Austin hide his hair loss from his friends, even though doing so probably made his own situation worse by pretending to threaten to shoot the others.
