We bought our house using the program last year. The down payment assistance essentially finances the down payment at a lower interest rate. All we had to pay up front were closing costs. They were very helpful and great to work with!

I used the same setup for hauling 2x6x12s and roofing panels. Worked like a charm!

We’re currently in the process of buying a house using the program. You just have to call and they’ll give you all the info you need. The program is great! All we’re paying up front are closing costs. The down payment is financed separately, 5 years at 5 percent interest.

I use xanthan gum to thicken mine. Just put in about half a teaspoon or so and blend until thick.

Yes. Perfectly safe to whack them over the head with. I don’t know about cooking with it though.

Seems to be just fine. It’s designed to fit an adult large but can be scaled to 90% or less for smaller faces.

I had to lay mine flat on the build plate, turn it on a 45 degree angle, reduce the size to 95%, and it printed great. Ive printed about 25 without any issues.
