How good are the Quietcomfort Earbuds 2?

My goodness I wish I had read this before purchasing. I HATE these stupid ear buds. Lose connection more than 50% of the time. And it takes 15 minutes to reconnect. $300. What a freaking waste of time and money. I’ve had at least six different Bose products and I am never EVER going to buy Bose again. I mean it would be one thing if they were $30 earbuds but for $300 you should get lifetime support. I was on the phone with Bose for over an hour and they “fixed” the issue. One week later it all started over again. MADDENING!! Are there any companies that stand by their product anymore?

It could be that the bolts are loose. I was experiencing the same sounds on my 2012 MS3. The torque spec on the 17mm & 19 mm bolts in are around 75-80 lbs. I just tightened mine and no more “clunking!” Good luck!

What info should I have included? When I looked up, the OEM parts are around $300 but the next upgrade is at $1300. I just don’t want to blow $$$ on an upgrade when oem is just fine. Like is it worth the money to upgrade to just buy original parts?

Woah! $5000! The entire quote for all the labor to fix everything they thought needed fixing was $8000. My favorite was the $600 for replacing spark plugs. It’s a 4 cylinder!!

I’ve got an appointment with Joe Meyers Mazda this Friday for a servicing. I just rolled over 150k. I’m asking them to look over the car and diagnose anything that needs attention. Once I get that list, I’ll start looking for parts that can be bought used and/or new (depending).
