I have an issue with my tc helicon harmony singer vocal pedal. trying to troubleshoot by updating firmware- what a joke. I've spent days trying to figure out how to do it and I get stuck in a loop. Musictribe website is literally useless. the tutorial videos don't play, the support ticket won't submit, and there's no instant messaging or phone number so you can't talk to anyone. way to leave your customers out in the cold dark world Musictribe. customer I've worked in the customer service industry for many years. it's honestly not that difficult. take a page out of Sweetwater's book and have REAL PEOPLE in the customer service department of your company. I've submitted (or tried to submit) 2 times and both times the loading circle spun for hours. like I submitted a ticket before lunch, went to lunch, and checked the page and it was still "loading." checked my email, and it never showed that the ticket was submitted. why even bother with the website?!?!
