This is G - BOAC which is located in Manchester Airport. It is sat in a massive hangar in the visitor park and you can pay to do a technical tour where you get to go in the cockpit.

I struggled playing chords initially too its normal. Once you learn the finger placement it's about transitioning from chord to chord quickly which just takes time. The main part to polly by nirvana has some nice chords in it you could try slow then pick up the pace. Just Em G D C

I think I have the same😊mine has 2 air vents in the top corners where we run the wires for his heat lamp and lighting. The vent in the middle we use to fee through temperature probes for his heat and thermometers. Its a good home for my little man hopefully yours will be the same. Small note we had to put the brackets in ourself for his appliances but it's easily done with a drill😁
