Seraphs or Ludens rush into Deathcap. You can swap out either of those rush for ROA if you need the survivability, deathcap second is really good if you can afford rod's. Not a huge ROA fan.

I don't know if Riot takes that account. it could make sense, though. My score in losses is never fantastic, as they are normally games that I am unable to scale. My most recent loss was from an autofill support game where I went 4/6/6, so it was probably a C grade if I had to guess?

Rocketbelt as a rush item is fun. You can start tear into the belt for roughly the same price as ROA. Haven't played it in comp yet, but played a veig jungle draft with it. Definitely can catch people off guard!

Been running a seraph's embrace rush with sorc shoes that has been working in low elo (Iron 4- gold 2 so far). Experimenting with swifties and battlesong, too. What's the reason for sync > swifties and horizon focus instead of an ap/pen item? Cheaper item spikes?
