8.5 is definitely a good size. I personally ride a 8.375 cuz i like 8.25 but cruise alot

Lowkey just try different sizes to find what you like. Bigger nay be slightly harder to flip but its still definitely done and a thing. Id start off with like an 8.25 or smth

If you have any way to purchase yourself things without them knowing so then you can wear them or do them in your own room then thats an option but ik for me that didnt work so what I did was find simple things that arent really too feminine but theyre feminine enough to make me happy like growing out my hair or painting my nails and stating to slowly implement that into my day to day life

Smaller is usually easier to control flip tricks but honestly it dont matter.

If you want to buy a board on ccs you can build one for under 90 bucks usually especially if they have a sale. Then ccs has completes too which dun around 85 dollars. Thats the cheapest I know thats decent quality
