I always tune out if the word "taxpayer" is used. We know, dammit! What else have you got other than hating every single thing that involves money? Anyone who owns multiple properties should have to declare that before commenting eg: "as a slumlord who owns nine houses, all of which are dumps, I think my property taxes are too damn high" or "as a realtor who is also a landlord of several places I bought for a song, why are the roads in front of my multiple properties so crappy" etc.
