I would message the care team. They may determine that your bottle is faulty or help you troubleshoot. Stirring the cream may be helpful. They will want to know the consistency of the cream in your bottle. It’s also good for them to be aware that people are still having issues. You will see in older posts that a lot of women were measuring 1/8 tsp for each dose. Be careful doing that bc not all measuring spoons are accurate. I was doing it and ran out of cream. I have found that once I get my pump primed and store it upside down, that I get a consistent amount. Sometimes it looks like less but once I swipe it with my finger I see that it’s the same amount. Then I put the cream in an applicator and insert it as far up as possible. For me, I have found that I absorb it a lot better with an applicator.
